Kenneth Martinez is a Senior Attorney with over 20 years’ experience in defending workers’ compensation claims in many different industries. He enjoys working collaboratively to devise a solid plan of action that leads to claim resolution in the most time and cost-efficient manner possible.
He earned a degree of Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara in Black Studies and Political Science with an Emphasis in International Relations. He earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
Mr. Martinez has been a Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation since 2010.
On his off time Mr. Martinez enjoys reading biographies and books about history, running, cycling, playing basketball and follows Bay Area sports, most notably the San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors and San Francisco 49ers.
