Ms. McNamara is a lifelong San Diego resident and a proud native of the area. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego in 1995, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California in 1998.
With over two decades of experience in Workers’ Compensation defense, Ms. McNamara has dedicated her career to representing employers and insurance carriers across a wide range of industries. Her clients have included everything from small, family-owned businesses to national retail chains. Her extensive knowledge of the field, combined with her strategic approach to litigation, allows her to develop effective, tailored defense plans for each unique case.
Outside the office, Ms. McNamara enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her husband and their two sons. Her husband is a commercial drone pilot and instructor. Their oldest son recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout, while their younger son is currently a Life Scout.
