Julie Hirsch has represented the interests of numerous insurance carriers and third-party administrators as well as multiple Fortune 500 companies. Julie has had an exclusive practice in workers’ compensation defense since 2012. Julie has a unique approach to the law coupled with outside of the box thinking that enables her to zealously advocate for her clients from the discovery stage through the Appeals process. Julie has obtained several “take nothings” in both case-in-chief and lien matters. Most importantly, Julie has secured countless favorable settlements for her clients.
Julie grew up in Michigan where she attended Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts and Specialization in Economics and Business. Julie attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she was an Executive Board Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and was awarded the Witkin and CALI Award for highest grade in Negotiation Theory & Skills. Julie was a panel speaker at the CAAA convention in January 2019 on the topic of Strategies to Challenge and Rebut Panel QME reports from the defense perspective.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, going to coffee with friends, and Pilates.
