David R. Hirschl is one of the founding partners of the Law Offices of Hirschl Mullen. David has over 13 years of experience in defending workers’ compensation claims in the healthcare, construction, retail and staffing industries. He has also represented self-insured public entities. David is a detail-oriented analytical attorney who provides potential exposure risks and alternative strategies to his clients. He handles each case with a commitment to integrity.
Through the years, David has refined his legal craft in obtaining many “take nothing” findings for his clients. David has experience in handling cases through the appeals process in responding to petitions for writs to the California Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
David grew up in New Jersey and moved to Southern California in the middle of high school. While he certainly experienced culture shock, David quickly became fond of the beautiful weather and Pacific Ocean. He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara for his undergraduate degree and somehow found time to study while still enjoying Del Playa. David then graduated from law school at the University of San Diego School of Law. He is married to Shannon and together they have two amazing girls, Emma and Olivia. They spend most of their free time with their daughters’ dance and gymnastics programs, rooting for the Denver Broncos and New York Mets and traveling.
