Brittany Kuhn was born and raised in Southern California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California, Berkeley, in 2008. Ms. Kuhn then attended Western State University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2012.
Ms. Kuhn has represented third party administrators, self-insured employers, uninsured employers, insurance carriers and professional employment organizations in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims exclusively since 2013. As a result of Ms. Kuhn’s dedication and knowledge in defending Workers’ Compensation claims, she has obtained many favorable settlements for clients, and successfully litigated many trials on various issues before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
When Ms. Kuhn is not defending Workers’ Compensation claims, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young daughter, cooking and playing music. As an avid animal lover, she also enjoys spending time with their dogs and cats.
