Stephanie P. Mullen is one of the founding partners of the Law Offices of Hirschl Mullen. Stephanie has focused exclusively on workers’ compensation defense since 2009. Robert A. Rose
Robert A. Rose is an associate attorney with Hirschl Mullen. Mr. Rose obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, before going on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Peter Martinez is a certified specialist in California Workers’ Compensation Law with over 20 years of experience. Peter has extensive experience representing insurance carriers, self insured employers, third party administrators, municipalities, counties and cities. Throughout his career, Peter has represented Unions, injured workers, large lien claimants, as well as uninsured employers. Peter also has extensive experience in Union Carve Out programs and ADR Programs as well.
Ms. Kuhn has represented third party administrators, self-insured employers, uninsured employers, insurance carriers and professional employment organizations in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims exclusively since 2013. As a result of Ms. Kuhn’s dedication and knowledge in defending Workers’ Compensation claims, she has obtained many favorable settlements for clients, and successfully litigated many trials on various issues before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
